In each member account you shall be able to enter information of products, customers and suppliers, make and print invoices. The ledger and the other books of accounts shall be maintained and reports shall be available for review and printing along with coloured graphs where available.

All the entries and reports are only viewed in the software. You do not need to install any other software on your computer to run this application as this application runs on a Windows 2000 based web server. This application uses MS SQL Server database for robust database connectivity.

You shall be able to receive mail from your POP3 accounts and send mail through the web interface provided by the website hosts.

Once you transaction reaches into the limit set for the next level of account your account shall be upgraded to next level of account and there shall be no change in the operation of your account.

This allows you to chose the type of your account as per your needs.
